There are words out there that you need to read.

They are hidden in books by lonely comets who
hide their tails from the center of your life.
Retina-searing comets that the stargazers in your skull have yet to identify.
To you they are nameless.
But they did exist.
Terrifying and delighting with a single streak of brilliance.
Blessing civilizations with headlines and riots,
sacrifices and souvenirs,
insanity and dancing.
And they tore through the darkness for centuries.
Witnessing the infinity that lies beyond lottery odds, beyond second guessing,
beyond all the options that are ignored by this sentence.
There are words out there that can destroy a planet.
